Dear Reader,

Thank you for your interest in WAGR and the work we do to help African Women.  I am so happy you’re here and I would start by telling you about WAGR’S story.

WAGR was born out of Inspired Ideas to Support Women in Africa by African Women in diaspora.

There is beauty in people from all walks of life coming together to work for the good of their community or continent. WAGR means partnering to address challenges, share resources, develop opportunities, volunteering, enabling, debating, learning in the belief that we are one in wanting to make our world prosperous, secure, humane and generous to future generations.

We are building a platform that will stands proud and tall, with enviable reputation for several generations to come through vision, sheer dint of effort and ground level execution.
